yumyum strawberry crumble !!!!

It is summer!!!!!! and also the time for molding, no not molding as in molding a ceramic pot.

Instead of molding at home today, I've decided to make a strawberry crumble. hmmmmm it looks yummmy XP

Heres the ingredient in making this yummy crumble

Filling:

2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 table spoon of arrowroot flow or all purpose flour
Strawberries(as much as you want). you can also replace it with other fruits you like
1/2 cup of brown sugar

Topping/Crumble

2/3 cup of all purpose flour
2/3 cup of oatmeal (you can replace this with flour as well if you don't like oatmeal)
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of butter (cubed, room temperature)

Directions:
  1. preheat your oven 350degree F
  2. juice your lemon into a bowl
  3. add in brown sugar and arrowroot flour into the bowl. Mix well
  4. half your strawberries and add it to the bowl of dry ingredient
  5. mix well
  6. In another bowl, add in all the dry  ingredient for the topping/crumble. Mix well
  7. slowly adding the cubed butter into the dry mix and combine the butter and the dry mix with your hands
  8. butter your pan
  9. add a thin layer of the topping/crumble at the bottom of the pan (optional. you can also see Additional section for other option)
  10. add in your strawberry filling
  11. cover the filling with the rest of the crumbles
  12. Place it in the oven and bake for ~45 min or until crumble golden
  13. when finish baking, cool the crumble for 5 min before serving
Additionals/optionals:

- instead of using the crumbles as the base, you can use pre-made puff pastries, or pre-made pie crust. This way it will be easier to cut pieces out for serving. And it taste better tooooooo XP

ENJOY!!!
